ACADEMY

The Sonny Parker Youth Foundation Basketball Academy program is a K-12th grade, instructional and developmental, basketball program based in Chicago, serving the Chicago-land area. Our program is dedicated to enhancing players' lives and providing them with skills they can use to succeed on and off the court. Our goal is to give young people the opportunity to enrich their lives through a rigorous program of athletic training, academic support, and community involvement.

Our purpose is to provide the SPYF Basketball Academy with the best basketball development program possible. The higher level of achievement will be sought as well as sportsmanship on and off the court. Our mission is to develop young and talented student-athletes to be our athletic and community leaders of the future. A main objective is to achieve excellence and life learning experience through the game of basketball.

The program is designed to train and develop selected young players to be competitive basketball players. Our team motto is, "Study hard, Practice hard, and Play hard".
